Trumpet, Flute, Sax, Clarinet,Trombone, etc....use the BAND INSTRUMENT rental contact.
Be Sure to fill out the contract COMPLETELY.
Mail the contract directly to Zeswitz(the address is at the top of the 1st page of the contract).
PLEASE remember:

include payment.
indicate which school your child CURRENTLY attends.
All information must be completed on the contract in order for it to be processed.
No one will contact you to acquire the missing information.
For string instruments be sure to indicate SIZE i.e.--3/4, full size, 1/2, etc..
Your attention to the necessary details will ensure that your child's instrument will be delivered in a timely manner.
